Are You Telepathic?

astttttt 150x150 Are You Telepathic? There is a common misconception that telepathy only occurs during moments of great duress when the telepathic individual undergoes an emotional transformation ultimately resulting in abilities beyond their five senses.  There have, however, been extensive tests that suggest that these moments are not a result of stress to the system, or an emotional response but rather a specific state of mind.  Naturally, with the assistance of binaurals this is an easy state of mind to achieve and explore in safety and comfort.  Our recordings, located  at the Unexplainable Store are specially designed to help you, and will prove to be your most powerful asset when discovering your psychic ability.

When you receive an image of another person, you are often replaying a recorded memory of that person, or using your imagination to imagine how they would or could react in a situation.  Imagination and memory are different reflexes, and many people surveyed have indicated that each in turn “feels” different to the mind.  If you are aware of how these two thought processes “feel,” then it will be particularly easy to channel your memories so that you are observing rather than remembering or imagining.

There is some anecdotal evidence that caffeine, in modest amounts, can have a positive effect on psychic ability.  Of course the effect has not been thoroughly quantified, but is generally accepted to be negligible.  It’s important to take into consideration your health, and therefore the positive effect does not seem worth a change in diet.  Therefore, if you drink coffee in the morning be aware of the difference once you’ve awakened your telepathic abilities, but do not rely on these chemicals.  Everything you need will come from your own mind.  In addition, scientific research suggests that dissociative drugs have a negative impact on telepathic ability both to project and observe telepathic impulses.

Another common misconception is that people have a telepathic “range” that one must enter in order for it to be effective.  On the Apollo 14 mission in 1971, Edgar D. Mitchell conducted an experiment aboard the shuttle where he concentrated on a sequence of several random numbers, and “projected” them to Earth.  On Earth half of the psychics “guessed” the right numbers a statistically significant number of times.  Mitchell and others were shocked to find that the 150,000 miles between the shuttle and the nearest recipient was not a factor in their accuracy.  As a result, those educated in telepathy often discount the notion that one must be within a certain area in order for telepathic communication to take place.  The governing principles are associated more with state of mind than location of mind.  Stories of wars from the past also support the findings of this experiment, where spouses would receive a psychic impression of their loved ones passing to the other side or being in danger despite being entire continents away.  So don’t lose heart if the one you’re trying to contact is far away.  Just “tune” yourself to your own telepathic potential and the rest is simple: practice makes perfect.

Thank you for taking a moment to read our final installment on telepathic communication.  Begin with surface emotions, and soon you will find yourself picking up on thoughts you can use to help others.  Responsibility is a key with telepathy.  Use this ability responsibly, once you’ve received it.  And keep in mind that a door, once opened, can be traveled both ways.  Help others and you will in turn find yourself being helped.

Chakra Simulation

The study of the chakras is fascinating and the
benefits of this knowledge can change your spiritual, mental, and
physical existence. Basically speaking, your chakra system is your
spiritual power supply.

Chakras are energy points within your body which receive and
transmit life force energy in a spiral manner. There are seven
chakras total, six of which are aligned along the spine to the
forehead and the seventh represents your conscious level (which is
an energy point of it’s own). The function of your chakras is to to
keep your mental, spiritual, and physical body in balance by
receiving and sending life energy (prana) while spinning.

Each chakra corresponds to a different color and crystal. The
correlation of chakra colors are based on the science of the light
spectrum. Along with color, each chakra point has it’s own sound
(or frequency) associated with it. Since your chakra energy is
flowing in a spiral manner, they have their own individual sounds
associated with them. The energy within your chakras moves from one
frequency to another in a spiraling fashion. Color, crystals, and
sound can all be used to stimulate your chakras and get in-touch
with the life healing energies that surround you.

This is why our Chakra Stimulation Recordings work so well. The
recordings are tuned to interact with each of the seven chakras on
the frequency level which it vibrates. While you listen to our
chakra binaural beats, it also helps to visualize and feel the
associated colors.

We are going to cover each of the seven chakras in the upcoming
newsletters. We will start with the “Base Chakra” today and
progress to the others in the next newsletters.

Before we begin, these lessons are recommended to be used with our
Ultimate Chakra Package which contains 7 individual recordings to
stimulate each Chakra. If you haven’t picked up a copy of it yet,

The “All
Chakras” recordings will also work, but focusing on single chakra
stimulation is a little more difficult.

Muladhara: The Root Chakra (aka. The Base Chakra)

The Root Chakra starts at the lowest point of the spine and is
located between the anus and the genitals. The Root Chakra is
represented by the color red and acts as the bodies grounding force
which connects us to the energies of the earth. Since the Root
chakra is at the beginning of the energy flow, all the other
chakras rely on your Root Chakra to pass energy through it.
Sexuality, stability, security, lust, and obsession are all
governed by the Root Chakra. Your gender organs play a major role
in your health and spiritual development and you must come to peace
with your sexual energies to progress.

How to use our binaural recordings to stimulate your Root Chakra:
When you start listening to our chakra selections, focus on your
lower genital (between your anus and genitals) area. Visualize a
red energy spiral extruding to the front of your body. This spiral
should start about the size of an egg and grow to the size of a
flat baseball as you progress. You should feel and sense the
energies flowing in a spiral manner. The feeling should bring along
a sense of security and stability and your worries should
dissipate. As you stimulate the Root Chakra, you should notice (and
visualize) earthly energy coming from the ground and entering the
red spiral. The ground energies may appear as a natural earth
color, but when they approach the chakra spiral, the energy should
start blending in and merging with the red energy. As natural earth
energy enters your chakra, it should slowly and gradually grow.

This lesson is a great start to stimulating your chakras. Practice
it for a few days and in the next newsletter we will progress to
the Sacral Chakra and the Solar Plexus Chakra. We will learn how to
pass energies from the Root Chakra to the Sacral Chakra then to the
Solar Plexus.

These lessons are going to be powerful and you don’t want to miss
it. If you haven’t already picked up a copy of our Chakra Binaural
Beats, I suggest grabbing the 7 individual package, as it will
allow you to focus on each chakra as we go.

Hypnosis Tips & Tricks

Hypnosis is a relaxed state of consciousness where the participant is better able to facilitate programming of the self.  There are hundreds of applications for hypnosis, but today we’re going to focus primarily on how to put yourself into a hypnotic state and the first steps of what you can do from there.

Let’s take a look at induction techniques.  It’s important to keep a few key things in mind when you’re setting out to put yourself in a hypnotic state.

First, find a place where you won’t be disturbed for a while.  The place doesn’t have to be in complete isolation, but it is important for the success of your session that you not be interrupted by people wanting your attention.  Outside noises of people talking or vehicles, while distracting, are not necessarily going to end your hypnotic state.  You’ll be surprised how quickly those sounds fade into the background once hypnotized.

Second, sit or lay in a comfortable position with minimal annoyance to your back or shoulders.  Be in a position where you will be able to relax all your muscles without falling over or leaning to one side very suddenly.  While in a hypnotic state you will be drifting away from your body in a sense.

Third, you’ll need a method of hypnotic induction.  There are many scripts to induce hypnosis but usually we don’t have the luxury of a trained hypnotherapist to administer the session.  Often we must depend on an alternate method.  Hypnosis sessions can often be distracting as the hypnotist breathes into the microphone or makes distracting sounds or improvises the script as they go along.  Unfortunately, even “professional” sessions often have these problems as well.  A hypnotist who doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing can inspire a lack of confidence and create anxiety in the person undergoing the therapy.  Fortunately, there are other methods including the hypnosis entrainment program we offer at the unexplainable store.  Be sure to check it here!

It’s easy with the entrainment therapy.  First put yourself in a comfortable place, then press play and begin focusing on your breathing.  Breath in slowly and evenly through your nose, then breath out the same speed through your mouth.  If your nose is unreliable due to seasonal conditions such as allergies, breathing through your mouth is fine too.  After a couple minutes of this your mind will begin to detach from your surroundings bit by bit.  Don’t wait for it to happen, but rather immerse yourself in the experience with a mind free from a desire for results.  Of course you can want results prior to and afterward, but during the session focus only on the experience itself and your positive intentions.  In that mindset you will find it easy to slip in and out of hypnosis at will.

Once you’ve induced hypnosis, what then?  The sky is the limit.  Hypnosis has been used by therapists to do everything from recovering lost memories to putting the hypnosis subject on a path toward self discovery.  Next time we’ll look at hypnosis “scripts” you can visualize as well as tips on writing your own hypnosis script to create specially created hypnosis sessions made just for you!
