Previously we have covered the Root Chakra and went over strategies
to stimulate the flow of earthly energies into your system. Today
we are going to progress into the Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras.
Remember that the Root Chakra is responsible for drawing earthly
energies into your chakra system, so it is important to master the
first steps as described in the previous lesson.

As mentioned prviously, these lessons are recommended to be
used with our Ultimate Chakra Package which contains 7 individual

The “All Chakras” recordings will also work, but focusing on single chakra
stimulation is a little more difficult.

By now you should have completed the steps of drawing the Earth’s
energy into your Root Chakra and witnessed your Root Chakra grow in
size. Now we are going to go over passing this energy to your
Sacral Chakra which is located in the Sacrum area. Your sacrum is
the area where your ovaries or testes are and is directly
responsible for hormone production and reproduction. The center of
the Sacral Chakra should be a few inches below your navel.
The Sacral Chakra is represented by the color orange and is
responsible for addictions and violence, as well as pleasure,
emotional needs, reproduction, enthusiasm, creativity, and joy. The
Sacral Chakra receives energy from the Root Chakra and passes
energy to your Solar Plexus Chakra. For full chakra stimulation, it
is vital to focus on growing the energy levels within each chakra
to pass to the next.

Picture your chakras as mechanical gears which rely on each other
to turn. Your chakras spiral energy patterns do bleed into each
other naturally, but by stimulating them and drawing more energy
into them, they will pass more energy to the next and your
spiritual essence will grow as your physical and mental bodies
follow.

Lets begin back at the Root Chakra. We focus on the red energy
spiral and watch it draw earthly energy and grow in size. Now the
enlarged red spiral of energy starts to intersect with the egg
sized Sacral Chakra spiral. This in turn causes the orange Sacral
Chakra to spin in a spiral fashion quicker while growing. The Root
Chakra should remain enlarged even though it is passing energy
upward because the earth’s endless energy source is feeding the
Root Chakra. Soon both your Root Chakra and your Sacral Chakra
should be enlarged and the energy will start passing to the next
energy point.

The next chakra is the Solar Plexus which is represented by the
color yellow. The Solar Plexus Chakra is located below the breast
and will fill your entire essence with fulfillment when stimulated.
The Solar Plexus is responsible for both self respect and respect
for others as well as personal power, cheerfulness, intelligence,
relaxation, spontaneity, and all matters of growth. The energy from
your Sacral Chakra spiral should start effecting
your Solar Plexus Chakra causing it to become enlarged like the
previous.

This is the foundation of passing energy from one chakra to the
next. It is good to understand the importance of each chakra and
feel the effects as you progress from one chakra to the next. When
each stimulated chakra is open, the pleasant feelings associated
with them should engulf your entire being.

A Taste of Heaven on Earth?

This post will discuss Christ Consciousness and the glorious aspects that go along with it. To start off, I want to make it clear that the term “Christ Consciousness” is not meant to refer to any one religion or belief. The term is used as a comparison of the evolutionary development that is displayed by godly people throughout history.

Simply stated, Christ Consciousness is the good within you. I am referring to the side of every human that urges you to help others, to do a good deed, and the feeling of total content when you know you did the right thing.

The feeling of pure goodness is a taste of heaven. Unfortunately humans are not perfect, so we strive to replace the feelings of pureness with substitutes. Revenge, greed, control, and pride give your consciousness a thrill, and we chase these thrills because we are lacking true happiness. We can deny, but in truth, we all can look back on our actions and find fault within ourselves.

The Side Effects Of Substituting

Since we lack pure happiness, we resort to substitutions like greed, revenge, control, and pride because these feelings empower us. But along with this empowering feeling comes Guilt, Sorrow, and Remorse. We feel bad about the people we hurt while acquiring power, we feel sorry that I took all the food and left nothing for the others, and you feel guilty that you took revenge on an old friend because you felt betrayed.

The examples above are all human nature. This human nature is the underlying cause of all that is wrong in this world.

The Glory Of Christ Consciousness

Some may ask “What is in it for me to be godly?”  The answer is Pure Happiness and Bliss.  No feeling in the world compares to the glow you display after you did a good deed. No substitute feeling can even come close to the joy and happiness of higher consciousness. There are no negative side effects of pure happiness, and displaying this attitude makes you wake up each day wanting to live life and bask in the glory that surrounds us.

Telepathy & ESP

Today I’d like to talk about the wealth of useful tools and mechanisms you have at your disposal to help you get further along in your extra sensory perception.  First, you’ll have to understand that the world of the five senses is a very loud and consistent one.  You’ve been able to sense this world your whole life.  One of the reasons the blind exhibit such a high extra-sensory potential is because their sight is constantly blocking out the “hidden” world around them.  Luckily, we can achieve a state similar to this without losing any of our senses.

Additionally, you may find it useful to keep track of “hits” and “misses” with a notebook.  A notebook to keep notes of your development is important in all ways, but it’s of particular import in the field of telepathy as these sudden impulses are very important and very subtle.  Why wait for a one in a million chance to get a “hit” at the right time when you’ve told someone else, when you can study your own abilities in a notebook while you’re developing your talent?  Be sure to mark any hits, and study the time and general situation around when you received your impulse and the nature of the event itself.  You may be surprised just how often you are making the right calls hours or even days in advance.  And this is the talent you must nurture.
