Question by man: Are binaural beats “occult”?
Binaural beats are a legitimate psychological science meant to produce alternative mental states. It is legit science; if I use it for entertainment purposes, like giving myself “high” with this technology, and nothing like ESP, OOB, and other stuff forbidden by Christ, will it still be “occult”?

And is it morally a sin listening to binaural beats if I’m an Orthodox Christian?

No more than inducing changes in your brain chemistry by fasting, controlled breathing, or exercise.

Then again in general a lot of religions seem to classify any attempt to quantify religious experiences or apply any scientific analysis as evil.
