Question by : Is it true in meditation, when you reach “Alpha” level, you see another dimension?
well, a friend of mine calls it “alpha”, he says that you’ll not feel somebody touching you(example:tickling) or anyhting else when you reach the level, and another friend of mine said when she reached the level she saw a palace, well, outside a palace with pheasant children playing, pheasant women gossiping etc.., Well When I tried it I only saw colors moving. is this real when meditating?
