I bought this binaural beats app on my iPod touch two years ago because I was interested in lucid dreaming but I haven’t used it since I’m an avid music listener and had to get rid of it to put more space for music.
1. Nope, I hadn’t experienced any negative effects.
2. Yes
3. There were different binaural beats for different events for example, there was this one that had a description for being good if you wanted to be more focused on studying, wanted to get to sleep and one that can help reach lucidity. I think it depends on most people, but sadly, it didn’t work for me.
5. There was this option called hash that was supposed to make you feel as if you were high but I think I just got a headache lol.>.<
6. I was trying to lucid dream by shutting my body down but keeping my mind awake and experienced a small amount of tingling, but I think it was mostly due from my body being extremely still.
7. There were many different sounds but it was kind of repetitive. The hash one sounded like the spinning part of a helicopter and the focus one sounded like extremely strong waves in the sea.
